Na década de 20, um homem chamado George Mallory tinha o sonho de ser o primeiro homem a chegar ao topo do Monte Everest.
Ele liderou uma expedição para serem os primeiros a escalar o Monte.
E quando jornalistas em uma conferência perguntaram repetidas vezes por que motivo queria ele escalar o Everest, ele respondeu
a um deles “Porquê ele está lá”. Ele tentou essa façanha em duas ocasiões diferentes, mas falhou. Mas ele voltou ao trabalho reunindo o melhor time de alpinistas disponíveis, e com o melhor equipamento que existia. Eles deram atenção extra aos detalhes da empreitada, principalmente focando na questão da segurança. Apesar de seus esforços a tragédia os atacou; muitos foram mortos em um avalanche, incluindo Mallory. Apenas alguns sobreviveram.
Quando a equipe sobrevivente voltou a Inglaterra, uma festa e um banquete foi oferecido em homenagem a eles. O líder dos sobreviventes recebeu os aplausos dos presentes na festa. Ele olhou bem para as fotos dos seus companheiros que estavam espalhadas pelo salão. Engolindo as lágrimas, ele falou sobre a montanha e em favor de Mallory e seus amigos. “Eu falo pra você, Monte Everest, pelo nome de todos bravos homens vivos, e os que ainda estão para nascer. Monte Everest, você nos derrotou uma vez, você nos derrotou duas vezes, você nos derrotou uma terceira vez. Mas Monte Everest, nós te derrotaremos um dia, porquê você não pode crescer mais, mas nós podemos!”
A morte e o desapontamento poderiam ser o fim de tal busca, mas pelo contrário, virou a base para o futuro sucesso.

I Am not religious. I AM a passionate God Who loves you with a love like you have never known! I LOVE YOU! I redeemed you, I came and rescued you from the clutches of the evil one, you are free! He can no longer hold you captive by sickness, poverty ,depression, or any curse. I became a curse, so that you are blessed. It was My GREAT PLEASURE to give you the Kingdom. The same power that raised Me from the dead resides in you. Think on this, let it get into your spirit. You are loved by the King. You are MORE than a conqueror through Me. You are My JOY!!”
